Important Information and Dates:

Volunteer Requirements: Several spots are still open to volunteer at concessions...sign up now before it's too late! Each family is required to volunteer for two service periods throughout the spring season (unless you opted out at registration and paid the buyout). Each concessions volunteer session qualifies as one service period (2 family members in the same session equals two service periods). For each service period completed, one volunteer check will be returned to you. There may be times that the concession stand cannot open as originally scheduled (primarily due to weather-related game cancellations). If this occurs, you will be notified via email through the sign-up site (Signup Genius). In this situation, volunteers will need to select an alternate date to earn credit for that service period(s). Please note that children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the concession stand for safety reasons. NEW THIS YEAR: If you sign up for a concession shift and you do not show or do not delete your sign-up at least four hours prior to the shift, your volunteer check will be forfeited.
